This Fiber Optic Inspection Kit combines a high-magnification electronic microscope probe with a portable endoscope display, allowing technicians to quickly inspect the end-face condition of fibre optic connectors. The system makes it easy to identify contamination, scratches or damage before installation or troubleshooting, helping ensure reliable optical connections.
With 400× magnification and 1 µm resolution, the probe clearly displays the fibre end-face and allows users to capture images for documentation or quality control. A simple focus wheel enables precise adjustment during inspection, while the compact probe design allows access to connectors even in dense patch panels.
The kit supports inspection of a wide range of connectors, including simplex connectors such as LC as well as ruggedized connectors like opticalCON DUO, and is suitable for both PC and APC polished end-faces. Various interchangeable tips allow inspection in difficult-to-reach areas or inside installed patch panels.
